About Lyka Ferry

Lyka Ferry is a coach, trainer, and consultant who specializes in professional development training designed to equip students, career professionals, and entrepreneurs with the human skills they need to succeed and remain resilient through life changes.

Her passion for developing strong communicators began in high school, where she coached speech and debate students. After graduation, Lyka expanded her love of storytelling and communication to serve a diverse range of clients: from students and nonprofit organizations to federal/corporate teams, tech startups, and creative entrepreneurs. Her select clients and partnerships include Salesforce, UNLV, and Meta.

She studied Strategic Communications at Washington State University and is certified in Change Management from Cornell University.

Today, Lyka is dedicated to partnering with organizations invested in the next generation of career professionals and entrepreneurs. Through her specialized coaching and workshops in public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills, she has supported hundreds of individuals in becoming confident communicators and impactful leaders.
