About the Founder…
Lyka proudly served 6 years in the U.S. Army before transitioning to federal service, where she worked for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In the Division of Human Capital, Lyka supported programs that nurtured employee growth and wellness as well as multi-generational collaboration.
She studied Strategic Communications at Washington State University and is certified in Change Management from Cornell University. Lyka has also served a diverse range of clients: from undergrad students and nonprofit organizations to corporate teams, federal employees, tech startups, and creative entrepreneurs. Her select clients and partnerships include Salesforce, UTSA, and Meta. She also serves as the Committee Chair for Member Engagement at the International Coaching Federation of San Antonio.
Today, Lyka is dedicated to partnering with organizations invested in the next generation of talent. Through her specialized professional development programs, her team has supported hundreds of individuals in becoming confident and impactful future leaders.
