About Lyka Ferry

ABOUT THE FOUNDER. As a trainer and coach, Lyka specializes in “soft skills” training - also known as human skills.
Through her own journey, she discovered that real growth and success depend on these very skills. Not the kind found in a traditional syllabus, but the kind shaped by curiosity, challenge, and the courage to keep going after failure.
Having learned many of those lessons in isolation, Lyka became her own advocate: a self-taught, non-traditional learner who built confidence through persistence and practice. Over time, that journey became her calling: to help others strengthen the human skills that make every transition, promotion, or pivot possible.
Because the most future-proof skills travel with you.
Lyka proudly served 6 years in the U.S. Army before transitioning to federal service, where she worked for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In the Division of Human Capital, Lyka supported programs that nurtured employee growth and wellness as well as multi-generational collaboration.
She studied Strategic Communications at Washington State University and is certified in Change Management from Cornell University. Lyka has also served a diverse range of clients: from undergrad students and nonprofit organizations to corporate teams, federal employees, tech startups, and creative entrepreneurs. Her select clients and partnerships include Salesforce, UTSA, and Meta. She also serves on a committee chair at the International Coaching Federation of San Antonio.
Today, Lyka is dedicated to partnering with organizations invested in the next generation of talent. Through her specialized professional development programs, she has supported hundreds of individuals in becoming confident and impactful future leaders.
